The Crossing at Palm Aire

Unfortunately, my opinion of The Crossings at Palm Aire has declined significantly since my previous review, so I am updating it. I have lived here for a year and a half, and one of my biggest concerns is the reliability and cleanliness of the elevators. There have been multiple occasions where residents have become stuck in the elevator on separate incidents. In addition to the reliability issues, the elevator in my building frequently has dog urine on the floor, and at times there have even been blood droplets left behind.

One thing that really stands out is the team. They are responsive, professional, and take pride in keeping the community looking its best. The amenity spaces, especially the pool and fitness center, are clean and inviting, making it feel like a true resort-style community.

Like any apartment community, there can occasionally be small issues, but overall the staff works hard to provide a positive resident experience. If you’re looking for a newer apartment community in the Sarasota area with great amenities and a convenient location, The Crossing at Palm Aire is definitely worth considering.
