I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Leaf Gutter Solution! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was smooth and professional. The team was punctual, friendly, and took the time to explain how the system works. Since having the gutter guards installed, I haven’t had to worry about clogs or overflows, even during heavy rain. It’s made a huge difference for my home, especially with all the trees around. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and effective gutter protection solution!
Leaf gutter solutions did a great job in installing leaf fillers and adding two downspouts in my house. I thanked Joseph for the reasonable price and excellent service. I’ll do business with them again and recommend their services to friends and others.
Don't leave GARBAGE in people's mailboxes! Come on! You have wayyyy too much money if you're going to pay these people way too much to do this. Go to Costco and buy the item. Get someone to go put them up! Mine are stainless. The box was like 50 bucks. It'll be much cheaper that way. "Helping out?" Wow, that's how you KNOW someone is lying/scamming/charging WAY too much!

About Leaf Gutter Solution
Leaf Gutter Solution, which trades as Leaf Gutter & Roofing Solutions, says it is a Chicago gutter and roofing contractor. It works for homeowners, property managers and commercial owners. Its description names nearby suburbs such as Evanston, Berwyn and Oak Park.
How Leaf Gutter Solution describes its work
The company describes roofing and drainage as one system, handled by one exterior team. It says the owner is involved on every job and that estimates are free. It also says finished work comes with photographs.
On the roofing side, it names architectural shingles, torch-down and TPO membranes. Its website states that roof repair starts by tracing water paths through seams, flashing, parapets and penetrations. The aim is to find the entry point, not to patch the first visible stain.
For replacements, the company says it checks decking, insulation and ventilation before recommending an assembly. It reports completed exterior work at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago. Chicago homes have a median build year of 1953, per the American Community Survey (2024). Utility gas heats 78% of homes in the city.
Seamless gutters, guards and downspouts
On gutters, the company names 3x4 downspouts, six-inch and oversized profiles, and seamless aluminum runs. Its website says new gutters are sized and pitched for the roof area and outlet layout. It says they are not simply copied from the failing system. Copper systems and gutter guards also appear in its description.
Leaf Gutter Solution holds a 4.9 rating from 48 Google reviews. Reviewers most often mention fair pricing, a short wait from quote to install, and photos sent once the job is done. A few wished the crew carried netting and guard supplies on the truck.
The company says downspout placement is planned so roof water leaves the building, rather than being shifted onto a walkway or a neighbor's lot.
